Energy Dominoes Game
Making the cards:
- Start by creating a list of energy terms and their meanings.
There may be as many terms as you like.
- Make rectangular cards and divide them in half by drawing a line down
the middle or using two separate colours for the background.
- On the left side of the first card write the first term, on
the right side write the meaning from the next term in your list.
- Continue down the list with the rest of your cards. The last card
will have the last term and the first meaning.
Example:
This list of terms and their meanings was created using a Maquarie dictionary:

Playing the game:
- Shuffle the cards and deal to each player.
- Nominate a player to begin. This player selects one of their cards
and places it on the playing surface.
- The player to the left then tries to match either the term or the
meaning with one of their own cards. The turn then passes to the next
player on the left until either the term or meaning is matched.
- Repeat this process until all cards are matched.
